Policies

Program Registration Fee of $25 and 50% deposit of total balance is due upon sign  up for any camp, field trip or team building group.  Remaining balance due first day of  camp.  A $40 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks. General Rules, Payment and Cancellation Guidelines
  • Offensive language, fighting, taunting, or any other misbehavior will result in  immediate ejection from the event.
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for their camper/student for personal  physical and verbal behavior, before, during and after camp.   If behavior  becomes a problem parents will be asked to meet with the camp director to  resolve any issue.
  • Campers are to respect the judgment of the staff and the staff's  interpretations of the rules.
  • Campers are to respect the facility, equipment, and other people’s property.   
  • Campers are to treat fellow campers with respect and kindness before,  during and after all activities.
  • Campers are to exercise self-control at all times, accepting staff's decisions  and abiding by them
  • Campers need to pick up and place their litter in trashcans.
  • The event sponsors may use any photographs, films, or videotapes of the  event for educational and/or promotional purposes.
  • Please note that all campers must have complete registration forms with  appropriate signatures.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ABSENCES OR  WITHDRAWALS.  Spaces are limited and registration is on a first come, first  serve basis.  Please mail registration and payment to Nature's  Adventures, 17 Gregg Road, Nashua, NH 03062-1002.
